Daily reward increases apply only to the Gold Coin portion of Seven Lucky Days. Loyalty status does not increase Sweeps Coins awards, sweepstakes odds, or redemption value, and lifetime Charm Points do not expire while your account remains open.

Open the Golden Oak Vault and Your Birthday Gift

Golden Oak members can claim the Golden Oak Vault from the 15th through the 21st of each month. It includes 225,000 Gold Coins and 35 free spins worth 500 Gold Coins each.

Select “Open Vault” in your loyalty dashboard and choose either Clover Cottage or Emerald Orchard in Gold Coin mode. You must have reached Golden Oak status before the 15th, and the free spins expire 72 hours after collection.

The distinction matters: mission rewards credit automatically after qualifying tasks, but mission activity counts only after opt-in. Purchase codes must be applied before checkout, while daily rewards, free spins, and collectible leaves require their own claim actions.

For package-linked free-entry offers, open the account’s Free Entry Center, select the corresponding offer, and submit one authenticated request during its advertised window. The matching Sweeps Coins amount credits within 72 hours, without Gold Coins or any requirement to provide payment details.

Free-entry and purchase routes share eligibility rules, frequency caps, and Sweeps Coins conditions. Using one route uses the entitlement for both.

Understand the Terms Behind Your Rewards

Promotions are for verified adults aged 21 or older whose residence and physical location satisfy our eligibility rules. Employees, promotional administrators, and their immediate household members cannot participate in Sweeps Coins promotions.

Playthrough and eligible games. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, new Sweeps Coins awards require one-time playthrough. For example, a 10 Sweeps Coins award requires 10 Sweeps Coins of qualifying play, but completing that play does not guarantee a remaining balance.

Eligible standard Sweeps Coins slots contribute 100% toward playthrough, while video poker contributes 20%. Blackjack, roulette, live dealer games, and tournament-credit sessions contribute nothing; offer-specific restrictions take precedence. The maximum qualifying stake is five Sweeps Coins per round while promotional playthrough remains.

Balance handling and expiration. Unplayed promotional Sweeps Coins are used before redemption-eligible balances. Qualifying play reduces the remaining requirement, and resulting eligible winnings do not restart playthrough.

Unplayed promotional Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after credit. Credited Gold Coins and redemption-eligible Sweeps Coins winnings do not expire while your account remains open, while spins and collectibles follow their individual deadlines.

Prize redemption. One redemption-eligible Sweeps Coin represents $1 in prize value. Minimum requests are 50 eligible Sweeps Coins for listed gift cards or 100 for a cash-equivalent prize through a supported payment method.

Redemption requires identity, age, address, location, and payment-destination ownership verification. Approved requests normally take three to five business days, although first requests or additional checks may take longer. A maximum of 5,000 eligible Sweeps Coins may be requested per 24-hour period, subject to lower jurisdiction-specific limits.

Combining offers. Daily rewards, missions, collectibles, wheel prizes, birthday gifts, and loyalty rewards may run concurrently. Only one checkout offer applies to a purchase, and purchase and free-entry versions of the same offer cannot both be collected.
